Penticton Safety Village Summer Camps

Penticton Safety Village is excited to share we will be holding Kids' Summer Camps this year at the Safety Village!!

* Ages 5 - 12 (children have to already completed kindergarten to attend.  They must be turning 6 years old by December 31).

* All camps are half days with drop off from 8:30 am - 9am and pick up from 12:30 pm - 1 pm.

* Weekly Registration is $175 with the exception of short weeks (July 1st & Aug 4th will be closed for stat holidays). Short week registration will be $140. That works out to $35 a day.

* Daily activities will include open bike time, arts and crafts related to the weekly theme, and group games.

Rescue Rangers Camp - Summer Camp Description

Are you ready to step into the boots of a first responder or unleash your inner superhero? At Rescue Rangers Camp, you’ll learn all about the brave and heroic world of first responders and superheroes! This week is all about teamwork, courage, and the skills it takes to save the day—whether it's in real life or the world of imagination.

Campers will get hands-on experience with first responder skills, while also having the chance to design their very own superhero personas complete with costumes, powers, and a mission to protect! Whether it’s learning safety techniques or building your superhero team, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, help others, and be part of a team that’s always ready to spring into action.

Group activities will include a first responder obstacle course, where campers can practice their rescue skills in a fun and safe environment, as well as superhero-themed challenges that test your strength, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. And don’t forget the grand finale—a Rescue Rangers Showdown, where campers get to put their newfound skills to the test in a thrilling mock rescue mission or superhero battle!

Highlights:

• Superhero Costume Creation: Design your very own superhero persona, complete with costumes, powers, and a mission to save the day!

• Rescue Obstacle Course: Put your rescue skills to the test in a fun obstacle course, simulating real-life emergency response situations.

• Superhero Team Challenges: Work with your fellow campers to complete superhero missions, using teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity.
