About the event
Penticton Safety Village is excited to share we will be holding Kids' Summer Camps this year at the Safety Village!!
* Ages 5 - 12 (children have to already completed kindergarten to attend. They must be turning 6 years old by December 31).
* All camps are half days with drop off from 8:30 am - 9am and pick up from 12:30 pm - 1 pm.
* Weekly Registration is $175 with the exception of short weeks (July 1st & Aug 4th will be closed for stat holidays). Short week registration will be $140. That works out to $35 a day.
* Daily activities will include open bike time, arts and crafts related to the weekly theme, and group games.
Summer Games Showdown Week - Summer Camp Description
Get ready for the ultimate week of fun and friendly competition at our Summer Games Showdown! This action-packed week combines all the excitement of the Olympics with creative arts & crafts and group games, ensuring every camper gets to experience the thrill of victory and the joy of teamwork. Throughout the week, campers will compete in a variety of sports challenges—think relay races, tug-of-war, and even our own "mini-Olympics!", But the fun doesn’t stop there! We’ll also get creative with arts & crafts activities, where campers can design their own team flags, decorate medals, and craft Olympic torches that are perfect for showcasing their artistic flair.
In addition to sporting events and craft projects, campers will engage in team-building games that emphasize cooperation, sportsmanship, and making lifelong memories with new friends. Whether it’s practicing for the big relay, designing their own victory podium, or participating in group obstacle courses, every camper will find something to enjoy.
